quick fixes

Open BUMP once after installing. Allow notifications if you want BUMPs on the Lock Screen. Allow microphone access only when joining a BOOM audio room. If an invite has expired or was already used, ask your friend for a fresh link.

safety

Open the people list for a BUMP, tap the safety menu beside someone’s name, then choose Report or Block. You can also press and hold a BUMP made by someone else to report its name. Reports are private and reviewed promptly. Blocking removes direct connections and shared private BUMPs immediately. Manage blocked people from your profile.

account deletion

Open your profile and choose Delete Account. After confirmation, BUMP permanently deletes your account and associated profile, connection, membership, invitation, activity, and notification data. You do not need to email support.
